Low back & hips
Restore breath so the low back can stop bracing. Then put the fold in the hips.

Injury recovery written like a treatment plan. Load that drops a progression before it drops you.
Pain patterns

The table and the studio
Bodywork changes tissue. Practice changes the default.
A session can give a joint twenty minutes of range it has not had in months. If you walk out and sit in the same shape that built the density, the tissue restocks the shelf. Practice is the other half of that hour.
